1. Scope of Services
Reset-Iloilo provides premium athletic recovery services including contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), IPC compression technology, and assisted stretching. Our services are strictly for recovery and wellness purposes and do not constitute medical care, physical therapy, or medical treatment.
2. No Medical Diagnosis or Cure
The information and services provided by Reset-Iloilo are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or physical injury.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using our facilities. You must follow all staff instructions and equipment guidelines provided during your session. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
4. Health Conditions and Contraindications
Certain recovery protocols, particularly contrast therapy, involve significant physiological stress. Clients with cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or acute infections should consult a doctor before booking. You must disclose any known health conditions to our staff prior to your session.
5. Age and Guardian Consent
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use Reset-Iloilo services independently. Minors aged 15-17 may use specific services only with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian who must remain on-site during the session.
6. Booking and Cancellation Rules
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or in-studio. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of the session fee or a 50% cancellation charge, depending on the package type.
7. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to ensure that subsequent clients are not delayed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
8. Payments and Package Validity
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Single sessions and multi-session packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. Packages are non-refundable and expire between 3 to 6 months from the date of purchase, as specified at the time of sale.
9. Liability Waiver
By using Reset-Iloilo services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with athletic recovery protocols and waive any and all claims against Reset-Iloilo, its owners, and staff for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
10. Changes to Services and Prices
Reset-Iloilo reserves the right to modify its service offerings, studio hours, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Existing bookings will be honored at the price paid at the time of purchase.
11. Website Use and Privacy
Our website is for informational and booking purposes. We collect basic personal data (name, email, phone) to manage your bookings and communicate studio updates. Your data is handled in accordance with local privacy regulations and is never sold to third parties.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment online, or utilizing any services at our studio in Iloilo City, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
